These are two yummy recipes that I recently tried, so as always, I am sharing the love with you!
I made them as separate meals and then combined the leftovers together for an additional meal the next day.
So do whatever works for you but I highly recommend that you give these a try (especially the tempeh) to branch out a little bit. 😉

That’s totally what I did with the tempeh, when I literally saw it at Target of all places (near the veggies and fruits) and because it was organic I gave it a go.
I knew tempeh was a great way to get in some probiotics, but I had never tried it before, so I was definitely branching out!
But, after trying this recipe, I actually went back and bought some more, and made it again the next week!
I will say though, that tempeh does have a slight chalky texture according to my husband, but it didn’t bother me at all.
So ya, just try it for yourself if you haven’t before, and if nothing else you can feel good about branching out and giving your gut some good probiotics!
As far as the meatloaf goes, having a paleo option is always a win in my opinion, and this recipe actually uses sweet potatoes in the mix as well, PLUS has a link to make your own whole 30 ketchup.
So you can get as crazy healthy with it as you want. We just used regular organic ketchup and called it a day.
Well I hope you enjoy these recipes and if you do, please comment and let me know!
